All cosigners need a credit score of 600+ to qualify. Groups need a combined income of 5x the rental amount. For proof of income, we can take latest tax returns, 3 months of bank statements, or 2 months of pay stubs (so 4 checks if paid bi-weekly and 8 total if weekly).
